CLASSES AND EVENTS
I have been especially grateful lately to have knowledge of EFT and other meridian therapies that I have been utilizing and sharing for the past four years. A first time client said it well at the end of a very emotion filled and successful session last week. She had felt so overwhelmed and "stuck" when she began sharing her recent experiences, yet, as she spoke and tapped she began to become aware of some of the connections and she tapped her way into a more centered place within herself. At the conclusion of her session, when asked how she felt she looked up and said, "I feel so hopeful".
I hear that from others and feel that way myself rather regularly when using EFT. Feeling hopeful is a very useful state when going through change.

A lively, informative, and highly interactive EFT Workshop on beautiful San Juan Island in Washington State.
Get the fundamentals: learn “The Basic Recipe”, explore shortcuts and refinements, testing your work, handling excessive intensity, the Generalization Effect, The Movie Technique, and The Personal Peace Procedure.
We will tap as a group on physical pains and discomforts, chocolate (or other) cravings, and a bothersome SPECIFIC memory (which does not need to be revealed).
Learn to apply EFT for enhanced breathing, relaxation, and focus and to overcome Psychological Reversal and other common blocks to success with EFT.
Experience the benefits of using EFT in a group.
If we have enough interest we will use EFT to help neutralize anger, distress, or fear related to the current financial changes or the election.
This workshop is for anyone interested in using an easy to learn technique for de-stressing, reducing emotional and physical pain and discomfort, and balancing the body’s energy system for themselves, their family, or their clients

Take your personal and professional understanding of this remarkable technique to the next level with this relaxed, entertaining, and very educational workshop. This is an intensive training course in a small group setting allowing for individual attention. The group will experience many practical sessions built into the two days enabling those in attendance to master the concepts in a safe and supportive environment. Become more confident and creative with your use of EFT as you take it beyond the basics.
Areas to be covered IN the course include:
•A brief refresher of the points used for Basic and Shortcut EFT
•The Principles from the Palace of Possibilities
•Questioning Techniques to find Core Issues
•Classic EFT and Additional Tapping Points
•The Tearless Trauma Technique
•Chasing the Pain Techniques
•Addressing Physical Issues
•Testing the Results
•EFT by Telephone
•EFT in Groups
• In addition we will discuss using EFT with Horses and Pets - Cynthia's area of special focus, and a fascinating topic to explore.
Previous attendance at an EFT Level 1 course is required in order to attend this training.
